At this time we do not allow comments on our site. Therefore we do not store any user info on comments.
Media
We do not allow user uploads to this site. All additions to this site are added by administrators.
Log in
We do not allow any user logins. Only admins are allowed to log into this site. Therefore no login info is collected from users of this site.
Contact forms
We offer a contact form so you can send us any question, comments you may have concerning this site and its services. This info is collected in a database for a backup of your submission. We delete them after a couple of months.
We collect your name, email and comment and ask if you would like to be on our email list. We do not sell or share any of this information with others unless it pertains to one of our Directory practitioners.
Each Directory practitioners has their own online form in their listing so one can send them a email directly. It is up to the practitioners to let you know what their privacy policies are at their main websites or social media sites. Holistic Registry is not responsible for how they use the info you give them through their contact form.
Directory Participants
Those who wish to participate in our Directory of Practitioners may checkout our Directly Join page We collect information concerning your practice or service. You give us permission to publish this information on this website for public viewing.
You may ask to have it removed at anytime with a request to the admin. Please see the agreement for conditions.

Our website is encrypted over secure HTTPS with an SSL certificate, and all payment information is handled securely by our payment processor PayPal. We use Wordfence on our site to scan for security issues, and its firewall, and other benefits. We use recent stable PHP (a common programming language for website development) versions to assure vulnerability issues are fixed. We regularly update our WordPress and plugin versions to keep our website safe from vulnerabilities. We use strong passwords for our site.
Providing Personal Data to Other Entities
Financial transactions relating to our website are handled by our payment services provider, PayPal. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Sensitive payment data, such as full card number and security code, is NOT collected or retained by Holistic Registry. Donations to our site is processed through PayPal. We do not collect, process, or retain your sensitive payment data.
